Landslides in Gansu

A landslide occurred Tuesday in Yongjing county, Northwest China's Gansu Province, according to the county government.

Witnesses say vehicles were driven down a road by the landslide at about 4:40 pm in Yanguoxia, and plummeted into the Yellow River.

About 100,000 cubic meters of earth collapsed, according to the local government.

The number of casualties is still unknown.
