"The prediction that China's defense budget will double by 2015 is not true. Currently, the military budget is taking up a declining proportion of China's fiscal revenue."

on China's defense budget, quoted by Legal Evening News yesterday.



"Who is buying perfume? Youth or the elderly? The bottom line is that despite alienating older members of society, advertisements such as these will improve profits for the company."

Lincoln Davidson, a Facebook user from Pennsylvania,

on some people complaining about a graphic perfume ad, on Global Times' Facebook page Tuesday.
