The silk road to the Hangzhou G20 summit

Silk, perhaps the greatest symbol of Hangzhou culture, is everywhere to be seen at the G20 summit.

This 6-meter high, 20-meter long artwork is the largest silk painting in China, and it originates from an ink and wash painting titled Splendid West Lake. It took artists more than 20 days and 15 pieces of silk paper to complete the piece, according to hangzhou.com.cn.
