Over 100 people, mostly Chinese entrepreneurs, were invited to the event. Presentations and videos were made for the promotion of Tula. In a speech by the governor, he said that this was his first business trip overseas after being appointed as the governor of Tula. "The Chinese auto company Changcheng has decided to invest and build a factory in Tula, and I hope that there will be more Chinese companies coming to Tula to invest," Dyumin said. The deputy minister said in his speech that Tula has an advanced industrial environment where Chinese companies can produce their products and introduce them in Russia and neighboring countries.
