A: I went overseas on a business trip not too long ago. It really knocked my biological clock out of whack, so recently I've been tired during the day at work and unable to sleep at night.

前段时间去国外出差, 把生物钟打乱了, 导致我最近白天上班总觉得疲劳, 晚上却睡不着。

(qiánduàn shíjiān qù ɡuówài chūchāi, bǎ shēnɡwùzhōnɡ dǎluàn le, dǎozhì wǒ zuìjìn báitiān shànɡbān zǒnɡ juéde píláo, wǎnshànɡ què shuìbùzháo.)

B: I suggest you try doing some aerobic exercise before going to bed. This way you can tire your body out and make it easier for you to sleep.  

建议你睡前做点有氧运动, 这样可以让身体感到疲劳, 更容易入眠。

(jiànyì nǐ shuìqián zuò diǎn yǒuyǎnɡ yùndònɡ, zhèyànɡ kěyǐ rànɡ shēntǐ ɡǎndào píláo, ɡènɡ rónɡyì rùmián.)

A: I'll give it a try. Since I haven't been able to sleep the past few nights, I took some sleeping pills last night.   

我来试试看。因为连续几个晚上睡不着, 我昨天还吃了好几片安眠药呢。

(wǒ lái shìshìkàn. yīnwèi liánxù jǐɡè wǎnshànɡ shuìbùzháo, wǒ zuótiān hái chī le hǎo jǐpiàn ānmiányào ne.)
