Master chef Bill Fu from the Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Macau will present his distinctive dishes at The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou from September 21 to 23, teaming up with the restaurant's Chef Guo.

With more than 25 years of work experience in Cantonese cuisine, Chef Fu has developed a distinct style of blending innovation and tradition and has worked at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong for many years. Bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Chinese restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Macau, he is well known for his dedication to his craft and has been rewarded with a Michelin star.

In Guangzhou, Chef Fu brings to the table the highest level of craftsmanship with premium ingredients from all over the world, offering an eight-course fusion set menu featuring blue lobster, crispy grouper fillet, stir-fried Wagyu beef and black truffle for three evenings. The set menu is priced at 1,288 yuan ($197) per person, and selected wines are also available for a complete dining experience.

Situated in the new CBD Pearl River New City of Tianhe district, The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou is a luxury destination in the Southern China hub.
