"I can't help sing this song."

This will mark the third year that Shanghai is clamping down on fireworks. In fact, many local residents are celebrating the "Spring Festival quiet" by writing songs about it. A Shanghai dialect rhyme titled Bufang Bufang, which means "not setting off firecrackers," is among the more popular songs, Xinmin Evening News reported Monday. Recently, a sequel to this song that mixes the Shanghai dialect with Putonghua was recorded together by Jing'an district police officers, foreign volunteers and local children and went viral.
