Have you ever come across hundreds of people running in one direction, hysteric and screaming at one of the world's busiest airports? This is what often happens at Beijing Capital International Airport when a celebrity lands. All hell breaks loose when crazy fans spot their idol. According to reports, such behavior caused at least 20 disruptions at Terminal 3 in 2017, triggering commotion and delaying flights. The Civil Aviation Administration of China has framed regulations that prevent fans from going delirious and threatening the security of airports. The rules include preventing leaks of private information about celebrities, setting up a warning system to prevent fans from gathering in an unruly way, and maintaining order. As a Chinese netizen commented, "the most suitable distance between fans and idols should be on and off stage." Fans should never go too far.
