"Why is it so hard to get a refund online? Why must I come to the headquarters in such cold weather to get my deposit back?"

So said a Beijing resident surnamed Bao, who finally got her deposit returned from the bike-sharing platform ofo after she went to the company headquarters. According to Bao, her whole family uses ofo bikes, but recently she found that there are less and less bikes around her community. So she applied for a refund via the ofo app. However, more than 20 days had passed and she never received her deposit back. Hearing that it may be easier to get the money back if she goes to the company's headquarters, Bao took all the ID cards of her family members and went to the ofo headquarters and received her deposit.
