Italian ham and cheese, Greek olive oil and Singaporean douhua… various kinds of delicacies from more than 20 countries along the
Belt and Road were featured at the International Delicacy Culture Forum & Carnival at Beijing's Langyuan Station, which kicked off on Friday.
In addition to showcasing the food culture of various countries, the carnival also featured six keynote speeches delving into Chinese food culture and various culinary cultural exchanges.
According to the organizers, the carnival aims to act as a platform for countries to communicate through their unique food culture.
