Ziyuan county in South China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region will host a test event for the 2020 World Rafting Championships from July 21 to 26, organizers said.

Ziyuan, 98 kilometers from Guangxi's tourist magnet Guilin which governs the county, won the bid for the 2020 worlds in May. 

The prize money for the 2020 worlds has reached $50,000, according to the International Rafting Federation.
