Chinese President Xi Jinping has sent a congratulatory letter for the opening of the Coordinators' Meeting on the Implementation of the Follow-up Actions of the Beijing Summit of the Forum on the China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC), which is held in Beijing Tuesday.
