A free online learning platform launched for China's primary and secondary school students studying at home during the outbreak of COVID-19 has seen good results since it was launched Monday.

More than 23 million visits have been paid to the platform's website as of noon Wednesday.

The platform offers a series of learning resources including epidemic prevention education, moral education, digital teaching materials and PE.

Jointly launched by China's Ministry of Education and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the platform covers the 31 provincial-level regions in the Chinese mainland.

In addition, the two ministries have also set up a working mechanism to ensure the platform continues to operate smoothly.
