In the market economy, people make efforts to earn money, which also creates wealth. While in the welfare system they pay attention to taking advantage of loopholes - avoid paying money but rush to get welfare. In this situation, the path of struggle for society is twisted, which turns from creating wealth to distributing wealth. The people's strength becomes consumed by internal friction and is unable to increase  social wealth.

@飞洒过2:The higher a country's welfare is, the more likely it turns into mutual poverty.

@世间的水:In fact, an undue welfare-state is no more than a public ownership system. The recent European crisis has shown the failure of a public system. It is essential to establish a property rights system dominated by private ownership. We must constantly watch out for  behavior that requires people to give excessive rights and wealth to the government and institutes in the name of a welfare system.

@zuo_fujie:It's too early to make such a conclusion, as the country is now far from that level. Personally, I think we should achieve a fair welfare institution, and solve the problems like the double-standard system of retirement - and the heavy medical investment used on officials.
