The Wang family living in Yuxi county in Anqing, Anhui Province, recently noticed strange noises coming from the ceiling of their home. Upon investigating the sounds, they discovered that their source was scores of bats that were living inside their cabinets and behind walls. On Sunday, the family called the fire department for help. Clad in protective clothing, firefighters opened a cabinet with a bamboo pole and captured six bats. Unfortunately, the others beat a hasty retreat and disappeared into cracks in the ceiling.
