An international conference to discuss leadership in the third world countries will be organized in Brazzaville on Oct. 18, the chairman of the organizing committee Charlie Massala said on Tuesday.

The conference, which will be held under the theme "Fundamentals of Leadership and Improvement of Team Work," will offer the Congolese decision makers the necessary tools that will help them to overcome the challenges of development.

The conference hopes to increase the competence of leaders of both public and private institutions, offer an opportunity to participants to benefit from the experience of experts in the area of leadership and help the participants to plan, execute and evaluate their projects in an effective manner.

The conference will be organized by the Grand Leadership School for Trainers and Motivators in partnership with the ISF Institute in Brazzaville and the Democratic Republic of Congo's Kinshasa Eagle Center.
