Students at Capital Normal University posted online after an American student, who is ethnically Chinese, pestered female passers-by on campus with declarations of love, the Legal Mirror reported.

The security department is looking into the behavior of the student, who was also allegedly asking passing women to kiss him. A university teacher confirmed the student was from the US, and said his parents had been informed, but the university has no right to restrict his behavior.
