The following is the biographical sketch of Zhao Hongzhu:

Zhao Hongzhu, born in July 1947, is a male ethnic Han from Ningcheng, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. He entered the workforce in October 1965, joined the CPC in August 1969, and received a college education at the Central Party School.

He is currently a member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee, deputy secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, secretary of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee, and chairman of the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress.
