A man bound for Kenya wore 70 pieces of clothing, including 9 pairs of jeans, and tried to board a plane in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, on Monday afternoon to avoid fees.
Around 5 pm, the "fat" passenger went through security at the Baiyun Airport and set off the alarm. Security workers then checked the passenger and were surprised to find batteries, ties, flash drives and toys in his pockets, as well as layers of extra clothes padding his thin body.
The man explained that he did not want to pay fees, so he decided to wear the extra weight.
