The Central Military Commission (CMC) requires its members to strictly control the use of military cars and can't advocate special privileges, said a recent regulation issued by the CMC.

According to the regulations, the CMC members should regulate its outside activities, reasonably arrange visits and use vehicles according to the rules. It should avoid making trouble for the public and soldiers.
