Fire prevention authorities seized 1,042 cases of illegal firecrackers and fireworks at a Minhang district fuel company Wednesday, Shanghai Television Station reported. The company said it had leased out the warehouse and didn't know anything about the fireworks. Authorities are now trying to trace the owner of the stockpile.
