Police are investigating the death of a parking lot attendant who died after being dragged by a car driven by a fee dodger, the Legal Mirror reported Monday.

The 48-year-old victim, surnamed Ding, worked at a parking lot in Xicheng district. He was dragged by the car for 100 meters before he fell to the ground and died, his wife said.
