Jiang Weixin, minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, will attend an upcoming inauguration ceremony for Sierra Leone President Ernest Bai Koroma.

Jiang will attend the event in Freetown on Feb. 22 as the special envoy of President Hu Jintao, Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei said at a press briefing held on Wednesday.
