Around 72 percent of 9,571 consumers surveyed in Shanghai said they were satisfied with their smartphones, the local quality control authority said Tuesday. About 33 percent of respondents said they weren't satisfied with how their complaints were handled. Most consumer complaints about smartphones focused on short standby times, frequent software crashes, and the lackluster quality of their cameras.
