A 50-year-old bank clerk who allegedly killed and dismembered a man is to stand trial at Beijing Second Intermediate People's Court charged with intentional homicide, the Beijing Evening News reported Monday.

On November 6, 2012, the suspect, Luo Yinghuo, had a dispute with a man surnamed Cao in Miyun county. He allegedly hit Cao on the head with a knife. The blow killed Cao. Luo dismembered Cao's body and buried the parts  in Miyun county and Huairou district.
