Surgeons believe they can help a one-month-old boy born with four legs and two penises live a normal life. The boy was abandoned by his parents in Hancheng county, Henan Province, and  sent to a local hospital. However, because of limited facilities, the Angel Mom Fund helped send the boy to Beijing's Bayi Children's Hospital, according to the Beijing News.

Huang Xiaoming, the hospital's director of surgery, said, "Right now, we think an operation could work. Two malformed legs can be cutoff, and the pelvis needs to be pushed inward."
