"You are so unlucky today - your big fish was served to another table."

When a waiter at a restaurant on Tianyaoqiao Road in Xuhui district showed a fish to a woman, surnamed Zhu, she thought it was too big, but agreed to order it when she was told it was the smallest available. However, when the fish was served, Zhu was surprised to find it was much smaller. When she complained, she was told that her fish had been served to another customer by mistake. While the restaurant agreed to amend the bill accordingly, her request for compensation was rejected.
