Villagers at Meizhou, Guangdong Province see their houses drown in floods which hit the city on Sunday. The heavy rain, which brings an average 50.8 millimeter precipitation in Meizhou from Saturday morning to Sunday afternoon, has blanketed four counties and 31 villages with some 237,000 people.
