Death by overwork

A total of 600,000 people died of overwork last year in China, a number that surpassed Japan and topped the list of deaths caused by overwork, according to statistics released last year. But in China, overwork is not included as an occupational disease or work-related injury that can merit compensation. More people spoke out to consider death by work fatigue as a work-related injury, and also to pay workers for the related insurance. (Source: inewsweek.cn)
