Huangpu district police cracked two rings of foreign thieves, arresting 19 suspects and confiscating clothing worth 300,000 yuan ($48,810), the Shanghai Morning Post reported Wednesday.

The thieves stole the clothing of brands such as H&M, Uniqlo, Forever 21 and Pull&Bear, which they then resold in their home countries.
