China's top court Tuesday revealed the details of a child molestation case in which a former Henan official raped 11 minors and was executed last month.

Li Xingong, a former deputy office director under the Yongcheng Party Committee in Henan Province, had raped 10 minors 14 times and molested another underage girl from April 2011 to April 2012, according to the verdict of the case released by the Supreme People's Court.

The youngest of the 11 victims was only 9 years old and at least four victims dropped out of school and two suffered post traumatic stress problems.

The verdict report revealed that a student, surnamed Zhang, was only 9 years old when she was raped.

Seven 13-year-olds and two 15-year-olds were also raped. One student surnamed Yang was 13 years old when she was sexually molested by Li on April 4, 2012 in his car.

Li also induced two minors, both surnamed Zhang, to help introduce underage girls to him in exchange for money.

He adopted violent means to force the minors to have sex with him in his car or in hotel rooms. He took naked photos and videos of the victims to threaten them not to talk to anyone about his sexual assaults.

Born on December 15, 1969, in Yongcheng, Henan Province, Li has a college education background.

He was arrested on May 30, 2012, after he committed an assault at the entrance of the Yongcheng No.3 High School on the evening of May 8, 2012.

On June 18, Li was executed by lethal injection.

Police discovered evidence of the victims' DNA in Li's car, victims' clothes, condoms, lubricant, cameras, photos and videos of victims on Li's computer.

Evidence was also gathered from the medical examination reports of two of the victims and their testimonies.

Li admitted his crimes.

Li was sentenced to death for rape and two years in jail for molestation in the first trial on August 10, 2012.

The Shangqiu Intermediate People's Court in Henan Province decided to implement the death penalty and deprive him of his political rights for life.

Li's case was the latest and the most severely punished in  a series of child molestation incidents that have recently enraged the country.

Li Jun, 44, a former official of the Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau in Guangdong Province, was sentenced to four years in jail on June 14 for molesting three minors under 14 years old on multiple occasions between September 2011 and June 2012, the Xinhua News Agency reported.

On June 20, a court in Haikou, Hainan Province sentenced an elementary school principal, Chen Zaipeng, to 13 years and six months, and local housing official Feng Xiaosong to 11 years and six months for the rape of  six primary school girls.

Feng appealed his sentence  to a higher provincial court on Wednesday.
