A semi truck crashed into a tanker carrying soybean oil on the highway around 6 am Thursday.

The oil leaked out onto the highway, blocking traffic for more than two hours.

Traffic police and emergency rescue personnel rushed the semi truck's driver to the hospital and covered the road with sand and straw to prevent other vehicles from slipping.
