Famous Chinese sailor Zhai Mo has entered the waters three nautical miles off the Diaoyu Islands on his own sailing vessel on August 3.

The Japanese maritime authorities confirmed that a vessel dangling a Chinese national flag off the stern sailed into the waters ten nautical miled off the Diaoyu Islands at around 4:15 pm Saturday. It cast some buoys with national flag on the sea and left at about 9:15.
