A Syrian national was killed in an explosion at his residence in Byblos district, north of the Lebanese capital of Beirut, the National News Agency reported.

The report said that the internal security forces had launched investigations into the explosion that killed Syrian national Moussa Mustafa Ibrahim.

They also arrested the victim's brother, his sister-in-law and his girlfriend who live with him in the same room where the explosion occurred.
