A university dorm room in Dalian, a coastal city in Northeast China, has gone viral after photos of six college boys showing off their muscles was posted on Sina Weibo, according to a local newspaper.

The six boys are all students at Dalian Maritime University and four of them, Li Qiang, Peng Bin, Guan Kai and Zhao Bo, share Room 601 of Building E3, the newspaper said. The other two boys, Deng Huanyu and Qiu Weibo, are students from School of Navigation of the university.

Peng told reporters that the boys had all selected the bodybuilding course last year, and have gone to the gym to train every day since then.

Guan said they always encourage each other, as bodybuilding is a tough activity. Deng told reporters that many students wanted to follow them, but failed. "You have to have a strong will," he added. Li qiang, a dorm director, said, "We enjoy the pain and suffering in pushing the limits."

They have all adopted a healthy diet, which prohibits smoking, alcohol and carbonated drinks.
