Two Saudi military trainees were killed and two others wounded in a blast east of the Saudi capital of Riyadh, the Saudi Press Agency said Wednesday.

A bomb exploded in a military vehicle during a regular training program for one unit of the National Guard on Tuesday, spokesman of the Ministry of National Guard Khalid Al-Muqbil was quoted as saying in a statement.

He noted that the ministry is investigating to find out the reasons behind the explosion.
