Some 20 Turkish soccer fans have been arrested for invading the pitch during Sunday's Turkish Super League clash between bitter rivals Galatasaray and Besiktas.

Turkish Minister of the Interior Muammer Guler announced on Wednesday that Turkish police have arrested 20 fans and are still looking for 20 other fans involved in the incident.

The fans invaded the pitch and threw seats at the police during the dying minutes of the game between Galatasaray and Besiktas, known as the Istanbul derby, with Besiktas 2-1 behind. The game was then abandoned following the rampage.
