China reveals long-secret nuclear sub fleet

For the first time, Chinese state media outlets released a series of reports and photos about the development of the nation's first nuclear-powered submarine force on October 27. Until recently the North China Sea Fleet had been a military unit shroud in mystery, and these reports mark the first large-scale disclosure of the force.

Y-20:
China's first domestically-developed heavy transport aircraft


Y-20 can carry out long-range transportation missions even under complicated weather conditions. The Y-20 was developed by Xi’an Aircraft Industry, a subsidiary of China’s leading military aircraft maker, the Aviation Industry Corporation of China.

"Bengbu" :
China's first independently-developed new-generation guided missile frigate


The country's first "type 056" stealth frigate, formerly known simply as ship 582, was renamed Bengbu at a commission ceremony held in a naval port in Zhoushan, a coastal city in East China's Zhejiang Province.
 June, 2013 
"Taihu":
A new-type comprehensive supply ship developed independently by China


The supply ship "Taihu" (hull No. 889) belongs to a new-generation of large ocean-going comprehensive supply ships developed independently by China, and is also the first supply ship of this type commissioned to the North China Sea Fleet of the Navy of the Chinese People's Liberation Army.
