Xi'an residents have recently gotten their knickers in a twist over a sexy statue outside a local night club that leaves little to the imagination.

The three-meter-tall statue of a ladies' lower half stands outside the main entrance of the Yijiayi Disco, a dance club and KTV hall near Dachaishi.

Patrons of the club must walk in between the statue's long legs to enter, while it's blowing skirt provides more than a sneak peek of underwear.

Those interviewed outside the club expressed discomfort over the statue, with some calling it "immoral."

"It's hard for me to accept it. Many people take photos of it, and I think it's awkward because it involves a woman's private parts," said one middle-aged woman. "It's more than humiliating. I suggest nobody goes to that club and I hope the authorities do something about it," said a man.
