Chinese automaker Geely Holding Group became the bestselling car brands in Ukrainian market in December, 2013, according to the report from a Ukrainian auto-business information website.

Data showed that  Geely's sales of December in Ukraine saw an increase of nearly 25% than the previous month, and its sales in 2013 exceeded 15,000 units, rising by 32% year-on-year.

The most popular models in Ukrainian automobile market were Geely Emgrand7 and Geely CK. In 2013, Geely launched  new models in Ukraine, including 1.5L Emgrand 7, Emgrand8, Emgrand X7 and Geely CK. The transferring of its assembly center to Kremenchug, Ukraine, helped Geely increase its assembly production and had the production cost reduced. This sales report is mainly owed to the trade and service network Geely has established in other major Ukrainian cities.  

Andrej Samohvalov, a member of the board of Geely's distribution company in Ukraine  said that Geely's marketing network in Ukraine would continue to spread to Kharkov, Odessa, Cherkassy and other cities in 2014, with its safety and comfortability maintained.
