At least two people were killed and six others wounded when a blast rocked the southern suburbs of Lebanon's capital of Beirut Wednesday morning, local Aljadeed TV and witnesses said.

According to the report, a booby trapped motorcycle went off near the Iranian cultural mission office in Bir Hassan, the heartland of Shiite movement Hezbollah in southern Beirut, sending plumes of black smoke into the sky over the area.
