The economic and trade delegation of the Roundtable of Chinese-American Organizations (RCAO) started a trip to Shanghai this week. The delegation was scheduled to attend a business forum and visit the Shanghai Free Trade Zone (FTZ).

Lu Qiang, president of the RCAO, said that the establishment of the FTZ has attracted great attention from domestic and overseas entrepreneurs. He also expressed his thanks for the invitation from Shanghai Overseas Chinese Federation, saying that the trip would promote better understanding of the FTZ and boost economic and trade ties between Los Angeles and Shanghai.

The RCAO delegation includes more than 20 entrepreneurs from Southern California.
