Vera Wang, Giorgio Armani and Wedgewood were among the iconic designer brands represented at a recent bespoke wedding fair and showcase held at the Park Hyatt Beijing on April 12 and 13.

"The most important aspect of the fair is the idea of customization, which opens up a whole new realm of possibilities for wedding planning," said Andrew Yang, events director of Park Hyatt Beijing.

Representatives from these world-

renowned fashion brands joined wedding planners Mocha to advise Beijingers on how to tailor their special day.

Bridal designer Vera Wang hosted a workshop on how to choose the perfect wedding dress, with a selection of exquisite custom gowns displayed in the five-star hotel's Yuexuan Gallery.

"The wedding experience was created not only to showcase what the hotel can offer, but also to give guests useful tips for every step of their wedding," said Yang. "From wedding gowns by Vera Wang to banquet décor, our team of professional wedding planners is dedicated to making your dream day a truly personalized and perfect one. At the same time, together with such renowned fashion brands, we also spare no effort to take weddings to a new level of sophistication with the ultimate personalized services," he added.

British tableware maker Wedgewood was on hand to demonstrate the art of place setting with displays of their crafted cutlery.

The Park Hyatt Beijing also collaborated with Mocha to showcase a wedding hall design fit for a match made in heaven. Their outer space-themed décor used high-end lighting effects to fill the room with giant stars and nebulous clouds, creating a stellar atmosphere that would make any ceremony seem out of this world.

Guests of the event were also treated to a tour of The Events Studio, Park Hyatt Beijing's personalized wedding services that provide a one-stop wedding boutique ideal for all the errands associated with a wedding.

Soaring above the heart of Beijing's Central Business District, directly opposite the China World Trade Center, Park Hyatt Beijing is part of the prestigious Beijing Yintai Center, the tallest skyscraper on famous Chang'an Avenue.

Designed for the discerning traveler, Park Hyatt Beijing combines gracious service with contemporary accommodation to create a warm, welcoming personal residence and bring true luxury to the capital.

In addition to the many thoughtfully designed hotel services, guests can also experience a wide range of unique shopping, dining and entertainment concepts at Park Life, a dynamic lifestyle destination located within the complex.

Yang pointed out that one of the hotel's most popular features is the terrace of the Park Hyatt Beijing's award-winning bar.

"Many people want to have outdoor ceremonies, and this is the only space in central CBD for such a wedding. We strive to leave customers with a unique and unforgettable experience to look back on," said Yang.
