The US dollar traded in the lower 102 yen range on Friday morning in Tokyo, almost unchanged from its overnight levels in New York.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 102.45-46 yen compared with 102.34-44 yen in New York and 102.02-04 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Thursday.

The euro fetched 1.3810-3812 dollars and 141.49-51 yen against 1.3809-3819 dollars and 141.43-53 yen in New York and 1.3840-3841 dollars and 141.20-24 yen in Tokyo late Thursday afternoon.
