"The public telephone booth has been turned into a private storage area with boxes and even a cat."

Local media reported that a public telephone booth on Xikang Road in Jing'an district has been used by the owner of a nearby tea shop as an additional storage space for the past month. As well as cases of goods, the tea shop owner is even keeping his cat in the booth. The local authority has started an investigation into the case.
