Virgin Australia said its passenger plane which was forced to land in Bali, Indonesia, Friday afternoon was not hijacked, media reports quoted a company official as saying. A drunk passenger had tried to break into the cockpit, causing hijack scare, the official said.

All passengers on board were unharmed and being taken off the aircraft, an Indonesian air force spokesman said.
