A 75-year-old man from Zhengzhou, Henan Province with a lifelong passion for art announced to a local paper he is now available for nude figure modeling.

"I think I am perfectly suited to being a model because I play badminton every day to keep in good shape," said the man surnamed Zhang.

Zhang gushed to journalists on Tuesday that he has enjoyed painting from an early age and aspires to be a nude model to get closer to his dream.

"My whole family supports me," said Zhang.

Zhang said lack of money prevented him from pursuing his dream of studying painting in college in 1956.

After graduating from middle school, Zhang worked as a machinist before becoming the manager of a business.

Although never a professional artist, he continues to paint and has an art studio at home.
