On September 26, the Fengtai District Court revealed the names of 15 real estate agents which refused to enforce court decisions, and advised people to avoid using these agents, reported the Beijing Youth Daily.

In recent years, there have been an increasing number of disputes between the agents and their tenants, as well as between the agents and house owners. Some agents refused to carry out court decisions after the tenants or house owners went to court to defend their interests. The 15 agents are involved in 51 cases, involving 1.19 million yuan ($61,270).
