Tajik president Emomali Rahmon on Friday signed a decree on holding elections of the next national and local legislatures across the country in March 2015.

According to the decree, the next elections of deputies to Tajikistan's lower house of parliament and members of the local legislatures of Gorno Badakhshan Autonomous Region, provinces, cities and districts will be simultaneously held on March 1, 2015.

The election of deputies to Tajikistan's upper house will be held on March 27, 2015.
