Hands up for justice

Tens of thousands of protesters gathered in New York, Washington and Los Angeles on Saturday, stepping up demonstrations across the US demanding justice for black men killed by white police.



 

Hundreds of people marched in the Hollywood section of Los Angeles, with dozens staging a die-in at the CNN bureau in the latest of a series of demonstrations against officer-involved deaths of unarmed black men in Los Angeles, New York and Ferguson, Missouri as part of the Justice For All March in Washington DC on Saturday.



Protesters march on 5th Avenue during the Millions March NYC on Saturday in New York. Organizers said the marches were among the largest in the recent wave of protests against the killings of black males by police in Ferguson, Missouri, New York, Cleveland, Ohio and elsewhere.
